A large holiday home which used to be a Bed & Breakfast.
All the bedrooms are exceptionally spacious and feature an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. The room on the ground floor is also suitable for the disabled.
The house is particularly suitable for larger groups, where everyone can have privacy yet still enjoy spending time together.
The ground floor has a large room which is divided into a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table where you can easily sit with the entire group. There is also a piano for added ambience.
You will have at your disposal a covered terrace with a barbecue and various tables and chairs. There is also a spacious and fully enclosed private garden with playground equipment. You will not be able to see the neighbouring house belonging to the owner.
The walking and cycling route GR124 runs practically directly past your front door.
A tennis court, miniature golf course, supermarket, bakery and restaurant can be found in Ailly-sur-Noyé (5 km). Various castles and the town of Amiens (15 km) are worth a visit. In Berny-sur-Noyé (4 km) is a recreational lake. In Moreuil (15 km), you will find a swimming pool.
