This stunning 100sqm apartment is located in a secure residential building with coded access in a safe and unbelievably central part of Paris. The flat is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into the sleek modern kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs during your stay in Paris. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and crockery that you could need during your stay. The kitchen has a 5 gas ring stove for cooking, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a small American style breakfast bar so you can snack or simply chat with a glass of wine while you cook dinner. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience with an iron and ironing board.
The apartment feels spacious and light thanks to many large windows and a sizeable hallway running down the rear of the property. The first room off the hallway is the living and dining area. Here you will find a large comfortable leather sofa on which you can recline and watch the flat screen television, which has a mix of French, English and foreign language channels. There is also a dining table for 4 in case you choose to cook at home with some of the fresh local produce.
The 2 bedrooms are interconnected and both are accessible off the hallway. The first bedroom has a traditional wooden piano, unfortunately for decoration only, as well as a large ornamental fireplace and mirror. The windows open up onto the Parisian streets below, allowing you to take in the sights, smells and sounds of Paris. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and storage space for all of your clothes during your stay. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the beds neatly made on arrival.
Finally the bathroom and toilet are separate from both bedrooms. The bathroom has a full sized bath as well as a separate walk-in shower with a rainforest head. There is a hairdryer provided for you should you require one. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people. The toilet is located in a separate water closet inside the flat.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast.

This apartment is located in one of the best areas to stay in Paris. Le Marais is regarded as one of the best Parisian neighbourhoods. What can I say about this place except that it was perfect. The apartment is exactly as described and is very spacious. All the windows open up to the beautiful streets of Le Marais and you're able to hear Paris come alive. We woke up to church bells instead of an alarm clock. It was beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking but the kitchen comes well equipped for you to cook if you wanted. There is a grocery store near by too. The street that the apartment is on (rue the Francs Bourgeois) is really great for shopping but there are even more stores on the side streets so don't miss out on them! There were so many we didn't even get to see all of them. The Internet Wifi conncetion was very good, especially in the living area. There is also Wifi in almost all the restaurants and shops, so that you can stay connected at all times. The service was also great. We were met by Adriane who checked us in a little early since we got there in the morning. She was very pleasant and was willing to answer any questions we had. Overall I would definitely recommend this to friends and stay here again.
The photos did not do this apartment justice. It was fantastic with high ceilings, beautiful herringbone wood floors and a bright and airy feeling ; We stayed with our daughters aged 9 and 12 and they loved their bedroom and the fact that there was a little park with a playground just nearby. The location was ideal and we were able to walk to all the must-see attractions. We took Paul’s advice and visited the famous falafel place a few streets away and truly never had a bad meal. There were so many cafes and restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood. Paul was very helpful and always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Good overall experience.
This place is very beautiful and the location is amazing, but it certainly has some shortcomings. First, the wifi they provide is abominable. It is absolutely horrible and really complicated buying attraction/travel tickets online. The larger of the two bedrooms in the apartment has very little privacy because it is so echoey and has big glass french doors. Also it doesn't have a working radiator so it's a bit cold. But the kitchen and the bathroom are both great and very usable. The bathtub is super luxurious.
