a kitchen of 25 m² (oven, gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher);
a fully equipped pantry (refrigerator 2, second dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, sink);
a living room (sofa, TV, area, reading access to the terraces ...)
a bedroom;
a bathroom with toilet.
On the ground floor you will find:
a hall;
three bedrooms;
an elegant bathroom with bath and Italian XXL shower.

The villa corresponds to the description of the annonce.Cuisinne bien équipé.Belle terrasse avec piscine intérieure chauffée .Deux salles de bains avec douche plus three peu de pression d eau surtout the largest to itallienne. Villa a recommend.
Maison as aux très belles photos de l'annonce. Entièrement équipée (cuisine, 2 lave linge, lave vaisselle, frigo américain avec glaçon ...). 2 belles terrasses pour le bain in rez de jardin et le déjeuner à l'étage avec barbecue à gaz. Même à 11 personnes (5 enfants), chacun avait sa place. Les moins ... très peu de pression dans les douches (2 SDB), eau chaude limit pour tout le monde à 11 et certaine climatisation impossible à régler (1 chambre n'a pas de climatisation). Globalement un très belle prestation qui nous a enchanté.
We loved our stay here. It was even nicer / bigger than we expected. It had the most beautiful downstairs and beautiful deck with a large table upstairs outside. The pool was clean and warm. The downstairs was very nice with a large bathroom with huge shower and the toilet was across the hall which helped quite a bit when we were all trying to get ready for the day. The decor was very nice. The lamps / lighting and kitchen were all top notch. There were clothes lines out by the garage that were very long and helped us dry our clothes quickly. This room is Non-Smoking. The washing machines are very small compared to American machines but the good thing was that there were two of them. Each family (we were two families) could each have a washer. The dishwasher worked perfectly and the stove top was also easy to cook on. The bathroom upstairs was very small and it did smell a bit musty. I am thinking there is a slight leak there that they will fix. But the 3 bedrooms downstairs are roomy enough to sleep 8 easily. My daughter loved the bed under the stairs which was in addition to the 3 bedrooms downstairs. It was easy to make the reservation and any concerns we had were handled quickly. The checkout was easy and our deposit was promptly returned. We would stay there again if we were back out that way. I have to say that the nice lady checking us in did not speak any English. And although the couple did not speak French, they were able to use sign language to get the check in and out done. The house was mostly stocked with what we needed but we had to buy trash bags, hand soap, dishwashing and laundry soap. This is normal for a homeaway but you just want to plan it. There was a Carrefour (spelling?) Right before this neighborhood so we could easily pick up everything we needed.
When we arrived at the house everything was impeccable and clean. Not only was it very clean but very modern, well-maintained, well-decorated and comfortable. During our stay Luc and Florent were extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with. The house could not be better located as it was close to Avignon, Arles and Nimes. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and we most definitely hope to come back someday and stay longer to enjoy this beautiful home and its surroundings.
