The downstairs living areas are very spacious and bright including a separate family room for TV and games. For convenience there is also a bedroom on the ground floor with en suite. The kitchen opens onto an outside dining area offering a great bbq area where you can also keep your eye on the swimming pool. Upstairs there are a further four large bedrooms each with its own satellite TV. Upstairs there is also a large wrap around terrace if you want a bit of peace and quiet to enjoy a morning coffee reading the paper on one of the numerous sun beds. In addition, the upstairs floor has a second large terrace for relaxation that overlooks the pool and provides a pleasant view of the hills behind Puerto Pollensa. Avoid disappointment reserve your dates now ! Within a few minutes walking distance there is a choice of several lovely restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just a 2 min walk. Everything is level access making everything an easy gentle walk or cycle. The quiet port of Puerto Pollensa is a 5 min drive or the historic town of Alcudia is a 7 minute drive. The old traditional village of Pollensa is an 8 minute drive. Me and my family 3 generations! Grandchildren and great grandchildren stayed in this really large villa. We had a great time, loved Puerto Pollensa and the beach, very friendly restaurants. All the recommendations from the manager were great. Highly recommend for a hassle free holiday!
Die villa ist liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr hilfreich sind die Tipps der Vermieterin. Wichtiger Tipp noch von uns, Sonnenschirme und Liegen für den Strand sind auch vorhanden. It is waren 10 erholsame und interesting Tage, haben viel gesehen. !! Kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)
Large group of us traveling together with children all ages. From the beginning Martin the property manager has been in contact. I believe in Martin and has always been accessible. The villa was very clean and smelt lovely when we arrived. The bedding smelt as though it had been cleaned. I noticed on the other reviews that there were problems with electricity, we had no problems at all. The air conditioners in every room were working. The location is brilliant so close to the beach and park. The children loved this holiday we will be booking again. If you are a large group this is a great villa I recommend.
Dealing with Martin the property manager was a pleasure. The villa was very spacious, clean and the pool area was great. We had no problems in the villa. In fact it is hard to find accomodation of this size and it was perfect for our group. To recommend
Villa is in a fantastic location as it is easy to walk to beach shops or even all the way to the town the swimming pool is also lovely The villa is spacious but really needs upgrading and updating which I think they plan to do soon only 2 bathrooms upstairs serving 4 bedrooms which is a struggle when you have teenage girls and everyone due out at the same time the air conditioning was also hit and miss as if you had it on the 2 downstairs rooms it tripped out in the bedrooms upstairs that said it Martin and Joanna are very good managers and responded quiickly to any issues The villa just needs modernizing throughout and really needs some ensuites We were also on a lot of the lot of the mossie spray garden but again this may have been the level of heat and humidity those weeks Location wise it was fabulous and we had 2 fab weeks with family aged from 9 to 74
