CIANCALEONI PALACE
The Ciancaleoni Palace is located in the homonymous street, where the family lived and owned most of the entire area.
It is situated in the heart of the Monti district where many historical events took place. The Palace is situated at the base of the Interior Ministry hill where many beautiful and wealthy houses witness Their elegance with the character of the district in the Roman Age.
The Palace, probably built in the Middle Age, is part of a monumental complex dated 1st Century B. C. and is the most eloquent and clear example of the glory and beauty of the roman buildings, in a favorite position on the slope of the hill.
The GREEN loft in the building Ciancaleoni Has Been beautifully restored parquet floors (white "oak wenge"), bathroom with travertine covering and Jacuzzi, autonomous heating system, air conditioning, sonorous spreading system, satellite TV., Broadcasting, internet and Wi-Fi decor is in every details ..
The Green loft is composed by two levels, one level downstairs and the other upstairs one equipped by a king size bed up and a kingsize sofabed down in a large living room, kitchen corner and a bathroom equipped with all you need. You can use the Old Court, decorated by two ancient Roman Capitals and full of flowers and plants, where you can smoke or have a drink

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist vom Hauptbahnhof Termini in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants, Supermärkte oder auch die Metro sind ebenso in der Nähe wie die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Colloseum, Forum romanum etc.), die man von dort gut fußläufig erreichen kann. Die Wohnung war sauber und Francesco ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
We stayed for a week in this cozy, quiet, well maintained and nicely decorated apartment, which is actually more appealing than in the photos. With the winter temperatures in March 2018 we were very relieved to find it equipped with a good heating and additional blankets. The flat is centrally located in a lively quarter, and many of the destinations in the center of Rome can be reached on foot (San Pietro in Vatican in 45 minutes). But the next Metro station is just 3 minutes walk away. - Nearby there are two supermarkets and several restaurants and bars. If you have any questions, Silvia and Francesco are easy to reach. The only downside is the relatively scarce kitchen equipment, allowing only very simple warm meals. After a long day visiting the wonders of Rome, you would not always want to eat out in the evening. Although the appartment is on the ground floor, the somewhat steep narrow stairs to the sleeping gallery could be a challenge for people with mobility problems. The gallery is also not safe for small children. Overall, we enjoyed the Green Loft, felt very comfortable and would stay there again!
A nice little apartment on a quiet (no cars) street within walking distance of most sites in Rome. Management is very responsive and available on-site. We would stay here again.
