Villa Ulivacci, with 5 bedrooms and private swimming pool, is probably one of the best located villas in Tuscany. Surrounded by extensive private grounds with mature trees providing shade and natural cool, the villa offers sensational views over the surrounding countryside and is located within a short drive from the most famous cities of Tuscany (Florence, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Gaiole in Chianti, Montalcino etc). Additionally Montevarchi (with regular trains to florence and Arezzo) is just 10km away and Cavriglia (with shops, bars and restaurants) is 1,5km away.
This detached villa with private swimming pool has been built in traditional local stone and will be the perfect choice for a traditional Tuscan holiday surrounded by the scents, colors, sunsets and flavors that only this magical region of Italy can offer.
Inside, the welcoming Villa Ulivacci can sleep up to 9 guests in 5 bedrooms and has been restored making wide use of traditional Tuscan elements. The villa is set over 2 floors (with the ground floor being split level) and occupies around 350 sqm. The main living area is located on the ground floor and has big patio doors all around leading to the gardens and pool terrace. There is a large living room with fireplace, equipped with sofas, armchairs, tea table, TV LCD Satellite, desk with computer, printer. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (with 4 cooking rings, dishwasher, toaster, electric oven, American and Italian coffee maker, fridge with freezer) has an adjoining dining area with a large table where all the guests can eat together. On the ground floor there is also an useful WC.
On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and are air-conditioned (additionally they provide direct access to the outside if required). Then there are further double bedroom (with queen size bed), a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All the bedrooms are spacious and airy, perfect for a good night sleep.
The outdoor areas of Villa Ulivacci have been designed to impress. Featuring a generously sized private pool (open from the 28th of April until the 30th of September), the gardens of the villa are an oasis of peace and tranquillity. They have mature local trees providing natural shade during the hottest hours of the day and are equipped with sunbeds, parasols, rocking chair. From the garden our guests will be also able to enjoy unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a sweet outdoor dining area with barbecue has been recently added and has plenty of space to dine all together. It is covered by a pretty pergola.
