This 18th century villa is situated in a valley along the historic Via Francigena—a pilgrimage route from England, Germany, and France to Rome dating back to the Middle Ages. The private estate is surrounded by 14 hectares of privately owned vineyards, olive trees, and woods. The farm is certified organic and guests can try its red and white wines and extra-virgin olive oil. Adjacent to the main villa is a small apartment for two additional guests. (16 Steps) There is a large pool (14 x 7m) open the beginning of May through the end of September, depending on the weather. There are sun beds and umbrellas, a grassy lounge area with chairs and a small table, in addition to a terrace outfitted with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Private parking is also available on the property.

Ground Floor: There is a large living room with antique terracotta tiles, vaulted brick ceilings, fireplace, sofas, a piano, and a desk with telephone. There is also a TV room with 60 inch HD 3D TV, stereo, and DVD player. The dining room has French windows with views of the garden and a dining table for 10. The fully equipped kitchen has an old stone sink, gas stove, electric mixer, microwave, oven, toaster, American coffee maker, espresso machine, and a table for dining or meal prep. The kitchen is also fully stocked with silverware sets, tableware, and a variety of drinking glasses. There is also a guest bathroom with toilet and sink, as well as a utility room with a washing machine.
First Floor: (15 Steps) Up the stone staircase you’ll find the first of four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a four-poster 180 cm king-sized bed, dresser, desk, armchairs, walk-in closet with safe, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a tub, and bidet. The second bedroom is a suite with a wrought iron 160 cm queen-sized bed, armchairs, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with marble sink and tub, and a bidet. The third bedroom is also a suite with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, armchairs, desk, and an en-suite bathroom with twin showers, double marble sink, and bidet. The fourth bedroom has two narrow single beds (80 cm). There is also a dresser and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
Apartment: Adjacent to the villa is a cozy apartment for two complete with a kitchen with gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, and sideboard, a living room with fireplace, sofas, armchairs, and a small dining area. The bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with marble sink, shower, and bidet.
