We had a fantastic family vacation. This house is very nice, clean and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time in the Florida sunshine. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus! I could go outside with the family while cooking dinner. The view is perfect. We watched the boats eat through the canal. My husband and son enjoyed sitting down on the deck, there was a fishing pole there to use. Also there is bikes and cooler. We sat outside the pool every evening. We will definitely stay here again. Next time we will rent a boat for the week.
House was amazing! Pool and lanai were used every day. We liked having the tv outside to relax in the evening and still be out in the fresh air. We loved the location on the canal to watch the yachts and boats go by while enjoying the sun! Bikes were also used every day - great to have. Would definitely recommend - would like to return some day if property is available. This is the 3rd winter we have rented in the Cape Coral area and this house is our # 1 choice so far.
We had a great time at this property! The house is newly built so there is nothing wrong with the house. There are a few things that we would like liked to have hooks in the master bathrooms, sharp knives, brighter lights in the master bathrooms, under counter ice maker, and an extra refrigerator in the garage because the fridge for 6 people is too small. These are minor things that do not affect the 5 star review. In fact if it was the same we would still stay another book here! If we needed something we got the answer right away and were taken care of. Great property managers to help you out when you needed something. We will stay here again soon!
