Sliding glass doors that open up to the deck across the ocean side give you a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the living, dining and kitchen area. Master bedroom on the main level has a King Bed with a full bath, it is oceanfront with door access to the deck. The oceanfront guest bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed and hall bath - bath has a walk-in shower only no tub. Third bedroom has 2 twins. Large deck wraps around 2 sides has stairs leading to the beach. TV's in both bedrooms. Wireless Internet DSL available in this unit.

Lovely little beach home with a beautiful view.
The property itself was OK, not great. The problem was that the property was advertised as having access to the back door. Normally this would be true but when we were there, FEMA was working on the beach directly in front of the property (and for long distances along the beach). Not only was it impossible to get to the beach, but the workers worked 24 hours per day! I was unable to sleep so I had to rent a hotel room, leaving the rest of my family in the house. I was extremely disappointed in this rental and would NEVER rent from Fernandina Beach Realty again
great spot and beach but the house needs lots of work. The deck is dangerous slivers, nails sticking up railings loose etc. etc. Windows and sliding doors are all broken and screens are ripped.
