Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home. The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, with one Queen size bed on the lower level. Upstairs bedrooms have one Queen and two Full size beds, comfortable for sleeping 10 people. The living room is furnished with a roomy sectional to watch the large screen LED TV, a dining area with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary for cooking on the gas range. Or, order out and lounge on the back porch overlooking the pool, with comfortable seating for everyone. The house has a heated pool, outside shower, and is situated a block from public beach access. This beach hosts the unique feature of being nestled between one of Florida's coatsal lakes and the Gulf. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, skim boarding and fishing on Eastern Lake as well as the Gulf.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as shopping in Panama City or Destin, go carting, mini golf, movies, charter boat rental's and deep water fishing. Bike the 30 miles of bike path along 30A, and dine in numerous restaurants, high end and casual. This area has something for everyone, for those in the family who like to stay busy or those who may prefer to relax with a book. Beach chair and bike rental are all nearby.

Beautiful home. Great location. The owner was excellent and answered ASAP. Better stocked than any home I've ever stayed in !!! Would highly recommend this property. And all the beds were very comfy :)
We loved this place! We had a group of 5 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room. Our favorite part of the house was the private pool and the porch overlooking the pool. We appreciated that it was a gate so we did not have to worry about the toddlers wandering down to the pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and Rosemary. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. We loved this section of the beach too- where Eastern Lake meets the Gulf is a great place for the kids to play. We enjoyed walking to the Donut Hut and renting bikes one day. Going to The Hub for an outdoor movie night and live music another night was another highlight.
The location was beautiful-perfect place for kids! Easy walk to beach, and house is situated on a private, quiet street. Having our own pool was great, and the house is spacious, clean, and well equipped for a relaxing vacation! We will be back!
