The house is large and the picture depicts its true state. Movie theater was great and the pool was nicely heated. When we had questions or needed anything, I received an immediate response. We had a family of 9 and we had a great time. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and amenities.
The home design and decor was beautiful and very well finished. The location was great for getting to Disneyworld easily and relaxing in the evenings. What's missing? Our group of 8 (6 adults) was a little disappointed in what I would call "polishings" that I would think are reasonable expectations at this price point. Specifically, there was no HD TV anywhere or tv signal in the theater room (we stayed during SuperBowl weekend), the kitchen is under-equipped for actually cooking (no cookie sheets, limited pots / pans, etc.) BBQ, speakers are installed all over but not hooked up, and known property deficiencies / work-arounds (pool control panel was dead, games room sliding door handle broken off) were not communicated in anyway until we specifically inquired. From this, we could not use pool / hot-tub heat for the first 2 days of our trip.
