WELCOME to Cocoa Beach! We have WANTED a ONE BEDROOM Beach unit for a long time, now we have it! You are going to LOVE the Newly Remodeled Richard Arms #12 UNIT! Our ONLY 1 Bedroom Right at the Beach! Finally! A GORGEOUS 1 Bedroom unit that SLEEPS 3 for your vacation!
If you are in good health and able to normally see and walk up and down steps, you will LOVE Unit #12! If you are elderly or have trouble seeing or navigating steps, DO NOT rent this unit. We have taken a picture of the steps so you can see them (with landing halfway), please see them in the Pictures above. Unit #12 is on the second floor of a Condo building with no elevator. If you are in good shape and able to walk up and down steps PROPERLY to access a condo, you will have no issues and will LOVE your stay at unit #12! However, If you are Ill, Feeble, elderly, or have health and/or eyesight issues and cannot see properly to navigate steps, DO NOT rent this unit.

As expected we had some concern with the appearance of the exterior but the unit was very nice and fully stocked with all we needed. Great natural light and a view of the ocean from the living room. We would use that unit again.
The condo was way better than expected. What a pleasant surprise. And so close to the beach. Could not ask for more! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this hidden gem!
