A luxury 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa with 3 en-suite master suites spreading out over 3300sqft of indulgence with wonderful views west over a conservation area to woodland beyond. Great evening sunsets and not overlooked!
The formal living area at the front of the house provides comfortable sofas, loveseats and an armchair for you to relax and chat with your friends or family after enjoying your lunch or evening meal at the formal dining table.
At the rear of the property backing on to the beautiful private pool and spa you will find the family room with quality furniture and a 42 inch flat screen HD LCD TV.
With its open plan fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops and breakfast bar, the 'chef' could be cooking at the halogen stove, others talking over a cold beer or cocktail at the breakfast bar, others preparing a salad or starter at a countertop, young ones eating their lunch at the family dining table while the grandparents watch TV.... and still all be close enough to talk to everyone.
Access to the private pool and spa is from the family room, and there are pool alarms on the patio doors leading to the pool. For your convenience and safety there is also a child safety fence that can be removed if you decide that it is not necessary.
If you don't fancy having a swim and just want to work on your tan then feel free to relax on our patio furniture which includes chairs and sun loungers as well as dining table with umbrella to help keep you cool. There is also a poolside bathroom (cabana) for your convenience. This area gets the sun for most of the day and you also get to see some spectacular Floridian sunsets.
Unlike most villas where the games room is in the garage, in this house it is in the upstairs air conditioned Den. Here you will be able to enjoy watching a movie on the 47-inch flat screen HD LCD TV via the Blu-ray DVD player; or the young ones can have a game of air hockey or table football. Maybe they would prefer to play on the Xbox360 instead. What ever they choose there is always plenty to do. This room also has a sofa bed enabling the house to sleep 12.
The first King master bedroom is huge with walk in closets and en-suite with tub and shower as well as his & her washbasins. The king bed is complemented with a 42 inch flat screen HD LCD TV, his and her dressers, nightstands, chaise longue and ceiling fan.
Across the upstairs hallway you will find two twin bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a 32 inch LCD TV/DVD combo, ceiling fans and closets.
The second master bedroom also has a King bed again with its own en-suite with his and her washbasins, vanity lighting, and 32 inch flat screen HD LCD TV, ceiling fan and closet.
Other rooms upstairs include the family bathroom and the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
If there is anyone who find stairs a challenge, the third master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a Queen bed with en-suite, ceiling fan and 32 inch flat screen HD LCD TV.
We also offer Hi-speed WIFI for your own laptop, tablet or smartphone and FREE local and long distance phone calls.
We also accomodate for the little ones in your party. A high chair, crib and stroller can be provided and a child safety fence can be used around the pool. Please ask if this is required.

House Rules
Booking Notes: We use the latest communications and booking software to make your booking process stress free. It's very easy to book one of our villas, everything can be done online and we require a 25% booking deposit, the final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Changeover Day: Flexible Notes on prices: All prices quoted include end of let clean. Pool & Spa heating if required is an additional cost of £140 per week and is recommended between the months of October to March. Please request on booking if it is required. A refundable security bond of £200 is required with the balance. A clean fee will be charged on bookings of less than 7 nights.Security Deposit
