This condo has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and storage.
The outside storage closet adjacent to the front door provides plenty of space for storage, small beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. This helps to keep the sand outside the unit. Guest have a secured storage room on the ground floor for large beach toys, kayaks, ect.
Free high speed internet cable is included for your email, web surfing or streaming. Also HD TV cable with 2 premium movie channels included. A telephone is not provided, so bring your cell phone. We provide on-site management company for any unexpected needs that may arise. DOUBLE BEACH SERVICE SETUP of 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs is included in the rate. Your beach service location is on a first come, first serve basis each day and runs March 1st - Oct 31st.
