House Rules
The initial deposit of 100 euros becomes a refundable damage deposit at check-in. You pay the full rental fee by cash at check-in (or previous to check-in on-line if you so desire) and damage deposit is refunded after you leave the apt in good condition. The property manager Alan, or his wife Amina, will meet you at the apt upon your arrival. Their working hours are from 10 am to 8 pm. There ia an additional 30 euros fee for late check-in (between 8 pm and 11 pm) and no check-in allowed after 11 pm unless previously arranged with us.Cleaning Fees
