At 200 meters from the heart of Vallon Pont d'Arc and its shops, 2 km from the entrance to the nature reserve of the Ardèche Gorges (with Le Pont d'Arc, the Cave and its oldest rock paintings in world discovered to date ...) we offer three air-conditioned villas of 4, with independent swimming pools.
Full of charm, located on a wooded and fenced, quiet, these new homes will satisfy you by their space, contemporary furniture, location.
These fully equipped villas have 64 m2. They include a bedroom with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds.
They are named as follows: Source, The Coucouru and The Chastelas. They are identically equipped and facing south.
Each villa has its own secure private swimming pool (7 mx 3.60 m) and entrance gate.
The villas each have more than 1 000 m2 wooded and vegetated. The land is bringing together 3 houses closes (remote control and door code).
Ideally located, close to Vallon Pont d'Arc (Ardèche Plein Sud) and its multiple animations (eg no need to take your car to go shopping or to the night market ...) but in a nice area and quiet (Saint Laurent). Near the villas, you will find walking routes, bicycle, mountain biking, tree climbing ...
Each villa is south-facing bay window of the living room opens onto the pool.
You will not have parking problems, and can even park your car in an open shelter.
And now to you to choose your holiday! Either active-holiday close to the villas or holiday-rest around the pool under the sun of southern Ardèche!
