Our apartment is light and airy with two floor to ceiling windows and balconies overlooking a quiet street. The open plan integrates kitchen, dining area and living room. It has a bedroom with one queen size bed (160X200 cms) and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (160X200 cms). Or, if you prefer and available upon request, there are two single beds (90X180 cms) discretely hidden in the bookcase; this part of the living area has electronically controlled screens that you can raise or lower for privacy.
All the top-quality appliances are new, including a washer-dryer, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and induction stove. In the kitchen, you will also find a full set of pots and pans, cooking knives, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and plates. A dining table extends to seat eight. In the cupboards, please help yourself to coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and other condiments.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and chairs. The television receives over 150 local and international channels; 8000 movies, documentaries, and series by Movistar, Netflix, Showtime, HBO, Amazon, and AMC; and the Smart Hub function gives access to Internet applications and streaming such as Facebook, Youtube, Neflix and Hulu. If you want to use your computer, a comfortable work station is located in the corner of the living room adjacent to the bookcase. There is high speed Internet so you can play and work with ease.
