Important!!! Between April 1 and April 19 the Home has the following: 3 queen sized beds, with limited decor. I am remodeling a bit but the home is completely beautiful and usable. Just need to finish decorating and final details when i return April 19th. Price reflects this.

This home is located in an amazing spot about 3 miles from Downtown LA. It's a very hard to find HUGE home that can sleep up to 12 people! Recently painted and remodeled, this old home is a great find! It has the typical signs of being a 1905 home but has been freshly painted and decorated for your enjoyment. Brand New Windows and a full interior and exterior paint job, beautiful wood floors, and a new kitchen brought this gem back to life!
Rental rate is good for 6 people
And access to 3 rooms!
Any people over that and there will be charges based on PER PERSON price
And access to extra rooms will be given. This is a beautiful 2 story home with 5 bedrooms. There are 3 queen beds and and 2 twins. (After May 1!)
There is private, locked parking for guests in the driveway. You can potentially stack 3 cars in the driveway during your stay.
This georgeous home is near so many things in Los Angeles. It's just a short Uber trip to downtown, the metro is close to head out to Universal City Walk or Santa Monica Beach. It comes with a TV and Internet. 50' TV for you to enjoy some movies if it's a "stay in" kind of night. The kitchen has basic amenities to cook a meal.
The yard is "in progress". It is currently kept cut and trimmed but we will be doing some landscaping soon to improve it.
The AREA: Los Angeles is like no other!! It has a VERY eclectic group of people all living in such a small area. You have the rich, the poor, the educated, & uneducated. People of all races and backgrounds. There is a huge influx of homeless people everywhere near downtown LA. For those that haven't experienced this before, I thought I'd mention it since you will usually see some camps right off the freeway to my home.
Things to note:
1. the home is from 1905. It has a special little 1905 Lean and some other things that come with the territory of an older home. If you’re wanting a new fresh suburban style home, you won’t get that in downtown LA. Just want to make sure your expectations are correct.
2. There is also a separate little bunglow in the back that is rentable if it is vacant.
3. The home does not have CENTRAL air or heat but it is very comfortable most days in Los Angeles. There are room heaters and window air conditioners available for your use when needed. The home stays very well shaded and cooled in the summer and warm in the winter in the FINE LA weather!
4. NUMBERS WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. CAMERAS ARE ON SITE OUTSIDE TO MAINTAIN SECURITY AND ADHERENCE TO OUR POLICIES. (there are NO cameras inside) IF YOU SHOW UP WITH ANY PETS OR MORE PEOPLE THAN YOU ASKED FOR, THERE WILL BE AN IMMEDIATELY FEE OF $30 EXTRA PER PERSON OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE (with pets). WE AREN'T TRYING TO BE RUDE HERE BUT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A BEAUTIFUL HOME AND WE ASK FOR HONESTY BACK IN RETURN.
Unfortunately in Los Angeles, this has been taken advantage of over and over and we have no more tolerance for it.
