This beautiful farm style home (we call her Silver Farms) is a spacious 2500 square foot home boasting an 1100 square foot deck with breathtaking views of Medford and McLaughlin peaks. The view in indescribable in the daytime and breathtaking while Relaxing in the jacuzzi at night! Fire pit available to roast marshmallows and spend quality time with the fam!
4 full bedrooms (one room that doubles as large game room complete with Xbox and giant fun beanbags) 3 full bathrooms stocked with general necessities. 1 full bed. 1 king bed. 1 queen bed. And 1 queen air mattress available (in game room) 2 giant bean that are super comfy for kids to sleep on.
Living room is huge with 70" television. Couch and chairs to seat about 12 people. Beautiful large windows that give an expansive view of the beautiful outdoors. Game room attached with 50" TV and Xbox so kids can watch their own movie!
Fully stocked kitchen and basic pantry items and condiments. Large BBQ on front deck gassed up and ready. Plenty of room to just sit and relax on the amazing deck overlooking the scenic beauty.
The master bedroom is amazing. Very oversized room with a 60" tv. Master bathroom has an incredibly large Luxury tile shower and his and hers sinks.
Silver Farm is 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Jacksonville Oregon which is an adorable quaint little town host to the famous Brit Festival every summer. You'll be 10 minutes from Medford Mall, In n Out burger and more!! Great restaurants all over town. 20 minute drive to Ashland and the Shakespeare festival which runs February through October yearly! 30 minutes from Grants Pass as well. Can't go wrong with this location.
Comforts of home all around you. I (owner) love entertaining so we make sure you can too (if that's your goal) Extra tables to set up outside for outdoor eating, spice cupboard fully accessible, ladder ball for play time, jacuzzi. etc. We must be notified if have get together with more than 12 people.

!!!!! Two resident cats reside on the property. However with the cat door locked they will stay outside if needed. They love the nightlife and have no problem staying outside.
!!!!!Every Wednesday we must enter property to put chemicals in the jacuzzi and Friday we enter to take trash out!!!!! We do not enter Home.
!!!!!!There is one security camera outside on the deck but we CANNOT see inside the house at all.
!!!!!!!This is a NONSMOKING property. Please do not book if you smoke. Please make sure your friends also know this rule before booking!!!!!!
