Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and is galleried from above. It is the ideal spot to relax with the family. The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area.

Kitchen; the informal breakfast area seats six and also has patio doors leading to the pool ( it also provides a good view of the T.V in the family room!) Equipped with; microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, Coffee maker, blender, all cookware. The kitchen has an archway that provides easy food access to the formal dining area.

The formal dining room seats 6 and is accesible via a serving hatch from the kitchen.
