The Bay Front
The Bay Front is a luxury island water-front home that has it all. This home has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There are also 2 full gourmet kitchens- one on the first level and one on the second level. There is a new screened-in porch on the second level overlooking the pool which will has full direct views of Anna Maria Sound and the skyline of downtown Sarasota.
The main room on the 2nd level is quite large has vaulted ceilings and with floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up to the screened porch for unbelievable views. There is an over-sized dining table for large parties to gather for meals and watching the dolphins play. There also is a second smaller table next to the main dining table. A new 60" HD flat screen TV and island style furniture finish it off in style.
The ground level floor level also has a living area. There is another 60" HD flat screen TV, laid back tropical furniture, a Wii and X-box game stations and a ping pong table. There are sliding lass doors that open up to the covered lanai area next to the pool. The pool is heated and includes a spa. There are travertine marble floors throughout, along with all new deluxe fixtures, marble counter-tops and travertine in all bathrooms. The are crown moldings and ornate baseboards on both levels. All of the bedrooms have new HD flat screen TV's and tropical island furniture. There are 6 bedrooms total that can sleep 15 in beds, 17 total.

There are 4 full bathrooms. The first level has a over-sized Master bath with walk in shower and double vanity with make-up station. The 2nd bathroom has a tub with glass shower enclosure. The second level has a walk in shower in the Master and a walk in shower in the second bathroom.
Exterior
The outside of this incredible home is a vacation paradise. There is a brand new tropical style pool with spa. The new covered lanai have high ceilings, 3 ceilings fans, plenty of porch furniture. Lush tropical landscaping encompasses the property and creates that special tropical environment. Another outstanding feature about this property is that it has a deep-water dock that can handle larger boats, even at low tide.
** If you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you please contact AMV at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that it ensures us ample time to fulfill your request. We do offer pool heat as needed as a courtesy to our guests at no additional charge. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with- most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember, outdoor spas are not hot tubs. Our winter months are considered from November through April. During these months we do our best to ensure that the pools are heated. However, please be aware that we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. The pump will then kick back on in the morning and begin re-heating of the pool, which may take several days. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen for time to time. Please be aware that AMV cannot issue refunds during your stay based on acts of God. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, AMV will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible!
