Welcome to Aqua Oasis on Anna Maria Island. Part of a newly built duplex, this stunning beach home is close to the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. Highlights of this property include a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the top floor Master Suite, a private heated pool (not shared) with waterfall, hot/cold outdoor shower, and lush landscaping throughout. The gas grill on the back patio is a necessity for a great evening by the pool. In the garage, you will find a wagon and beach chairs for trips to the sugary white sand beach only two houses away where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening.
Enter the foyer to ten-foot ceilings and a laundry area. Then, move directly into your dream kitchen, complete with a custom butcher-block tabletop that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is entirely customized to the home to ensure the highest quality and appeal for each Lizzie Lu guest. Just off the kitchen, is the living room complete with a 50 inch TV and Blu-Ray DVD Player along with access to the porch overlooking the pool and patio. The main floor also includes two bedrooms. The front bedroom sleeps two in a twin bunk bed and is conveniently located by a full bathroom. The back bedroom is the first of two master suites and includes a king bed, master bath with walk-in shower, and a slider to the porch overlooking the pool and waterfall.
Head upstairs to the remaining two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a kid’s room with bunk beds and an attached full bath. The second bedroom is a master suite complete with a marble walk-in shower, custom cabinetry and a Keurig to enjoy morning coffee off your private porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
