Sands of Time
Sands of Time is a new luxury island tropical home with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is only a short 2-3 minute stroll to the Gulf beach. This home is equipped to sleep 14 people total and has 6 bedrooms. The heated pool features a deluxe spa and an over-sized lanai next to the pool features a dining table, flat screen HD TV and ping pong table. Also, a fantastic water slide into the pool! The kids and adults alike will be in heaven! You will also have the bonus amenities of 2 beach wagons, some beach chairs and toys for the kids as well as, a chest freezer for storing extra food. The home has all the amenities including fine tiles, custom fixtures and cabinets, fine linens and wood flooring. The fully stocked kitchen features a lovely island with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, and beachy white cabinets with ornate starfish door handles. The dining table is all wood with Tommy Bahama style wicker chairs and provides seating for 8. Make sure you bring along your favorite movies to enjoy your evenings with the family on the large HD TV in the living room which also has a DVD player. Just off the living room you will have glass sliding doors that lead out to the balcony that overlooks the pool. You can take the stairs right from this balcony down to the pool area.

Bedrooms
Sands of Time has a total of 6 bedrooms all of which have flat screen HD TVs. The first level you will have two Master suites. The first bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and access to a private balcony with two chairs overlooking Holmes Boulevard. The second bedroom is also a King with a private en-suite bathroom. On the top floor you will have the other 4 bedrooms. The third bedroom is the kid's room with two sets of bunks beds. The fourth bedroom is a Master King en-suite with access to a private balcony that overlooks the pool. The fifth bedroom has a King bed and a private balcony and the sixth bedroom has two twin sized beds. *There is no sleeper sofa available.
Bathrooms
There are 4.5 bathroom in total. On the main living level just off the kitchen and dining area you will have a half bath. You will also find the laundry room just behind the sliding door in this bathroom. The second bathroom is a Master en-suite with a walk in shower. The third bathroom is also a Master en-suite with a walk in shower but, has a his and her sink. On the top floor you will find the remaining bathrooms. 3 bedrooms will all share a common area bathroom which has a tub and shower. The last bathroom is a Master en-suite with a walk in shower.
