The modern holiday villa offers over 4000 square meters of living space for up to 8 people. A magnificent pool area and a spectacular panoramic view of the river and Fort Myers.
A lovingly furnished living area with over 23 ft ceiling height allows a spectacluar view over the Moonlight pool (Blackpool) across the river.
The modern dining area and a spacious outdoor kitchen invite you to enjoy life. The Villa THE RIVER has a total of 4 master bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Our guests have access to a first-class office. The technical equipment leaves almost nothing to be desired. So you can answer your E-mails, perhaps write the long-planned book or call home with your loved ones.
In a sensational location - right on the river Caloosahatchee - the eponymous villa THE RIVER guarantees an incredible view of the river and the bay of Fort Myers. These can be enjoyed to your heart's content from the many favorite outdoor spaces. Look out for dolphins and manatees, who often swim past the house.
At the long infinity pool are various sun and loungers available. On two spacious balconies are distributed several lounge and dining areas, which are partially covered. You will not forget the breathtaking view from the upper balcony on Fort Myers - promised! (Personally, I was especially impressed by the shower area for the pool, photos can be found here after the villa is completed in mid-August 2018)
The villa THE RIVER has no holiday home character, because the owner has put a lot of emphasis on stylish furniture. The selected floors, the tailor-made furnishing items, the first-class fittings and luminaires - all pure luxury and well-being design. The villa is fully air conditioned. The professional kitchens inside and out have state-of-the-art equipment and are perfect for preparing culinary delights in a private setting. The main kitchen has an American fridge with integrated ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large oven and a coffee machine. Of course, you will find all pots, pans, glasses and high-quality porcelain to present your favorite dishes also appealing
On the 1 floor you´ll also find a little Café-break kitchen - just for a delicious coffee in the morning - enyoing the sunrise
