We rent out an unique ground floor apartment with private garden. The property is located on the very first beach line within luxury community with 4 pools. The holiday apartment is located just infront of the main (biggest) community pool offering amazing frontal pool- and seaviews.
The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a modern style. There is a large sofa and lounge chairs infront of the chimeney and a dining table with leather dining chairs in the living room. Numerious unique decoratiions, pictures and mirror are creating a cosy ambience.
From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the private garden and the main community pool and communal gardens. From the sunny terrace you enjoy also beautifully seaviews. On the terrace is a large gardentable with 4 chairs and comfortable outside lounge sofa. You will find also 2 private sunloungers.
Both bedrooms have spacious built-in waredrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom offers large double bed and has direct access to the covered terrace and offers directly pool- and seaviews. In the second bedroom there are also 2 single beds.
Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities and a separate utility room for the washing mashine/ tumble dryer. The property has an air conditioning system throughout, underground parking place (extra fees). There is wireless high speed internet access (extra fees) and cable TV with more than 195 spanish and international TV channels.
Just beside the complex you will find 2 beachrestaurants and a beachclub of the 5-star-hotel Finca Cortesin, so no need to use a car to have a great meal on the beach!

You can have nice walks along the near beaches, along the beachpromenade you can reach the village next door San Luis de Sabinillas/ Manilva with numerious shops, restaurants, bakery shops, ATM mashines, bank offices, beachpromenade with childrens playgrounds, pharmacy and much more.
