Modern and bright apartment, located on the very first beach line within one of the sought-after communities on the Costa del Sol. The property is situated on the first floor with direct acess by lift from the garage/ garden level and has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards.

From the living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the near commutity gardens, the sea and 2 community pools (1 heated in winter).
