This beautiful home is located in the desirable "Pink Street" Neighborhood at the southernmost tip of St Petersburg, where some of the roads dead-end with a view overlooking the bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, yet only a 10 minute drive from the beaches and downtown.
"Pink Street Paradise" is an upscale house that was just updated and newly decorated. With 2500 sq ft it has a master bedroom with a TV, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with tub, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with walk-in shower, all on one side of the house and the 4th bedroom with a sitting area and large TV and a bathroom with walk-in shower on the other side of the house. There is family room with a large HDTV and a DVD/blu ray player, a dining area, updated, fully equipped kitchen with range, dishwasher and microwave and a living room with fireplace, foosball table and books, leading to the pool area. There is a laundry room and 1-car garage. All bedrooms have two sets of linens and bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs are also available. Outside you will find a fully fenced back yard with a large patio with a covered area, grill, lounge chairs and a lovely in-ground pool with a pool safety fence (removable and childproof).
