Single, spacious light-filled house with view from the living room on the heated (27 °) pool and the valley. Around terrace, under a large roof overhang, so you can always choose for sun or shade. Comfortable open kitchen with all cooking utensils and appliances. All accommodation available: washing machine, dishwasher, fixed BBQ, radio, TV, internet, covered swimming pool 5 x 10 m is newly laid out in 2016 and has a pleasant constant temperature via heat pump.

Near pretty medieval villages and well situated for day trips to bastides, castles, wineries or larger cities.
For the smaller ones there is the child-friendly castle Bridoire with its medieval games and also an adventurous canoe trip on the Dordogne or the Vézère you certainly can not skip. Horse riding (or hiking) in the neighborhood is also possible.
We hear a lot of different birds whistling around the house and regularly see birds of prey circling around very quickly. Hares, partridges, owls and deer can also be seen very regularly.
Do not forget to look up when it is dark to admire the countless beautiful stars !!
Culinary and Wine
Very close you can follow the indicated "route du vin" which takes you from one wine domain to another where you can taste for free and of course also buy directly from the producer.
At the local night market in Eymet you can eat at the provided tables with lots of choice from the various sales stalls. You bring your own cutlery and glass, buy a bottle of wine on the spot and choose from the wide range of ready meals at very democratic prices.
Very quiet for walking and cycling. Wavy landscapes with beautiful views. Located between two medieval bastides with cozy courtyard and weekly market.
Nearby there is the wine estate with castle of Monbazillac where you get a breathtaking view of the entire Dordogne valley.
A half hour drive away is Monpazier, officially recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
The Dordogne is the department with the largest number of villages under the label "plus beaux villages de France"
After the trips you can swim in the newly landscaped private pool with constant temperature of 27 ° and open view on the valley, or enjoy the BBQ and the setting sun with a beautiful starry sky.
When booking you will receive a "guide for pleasant stay" with information about trips, restaurants, shops, activities, local markets, ... etc.
The pool is operational from 1st june till end October and has a constant temperature of 27°C by the heat pump.
