Beautiful townhouse in Cabopino only 15 kilometers from Marbella and 20 kilometers from Fuengirola. The complex / urbanization is quiet and quiet and offers various shopping and restaurants as well as an 18 hole golf course. From the townhouse there is a wonderful view of the golf course and the Mediterranean. Cabopino beach which is one of the best in the area is about 5 minutes by car from the residence and can clearly recommend visiting when going to the beach

From the living room you have access to a lovely sunny terrace with table and chairs. 2 bedrooms with double beds and closets. Bath room with bath. Guest toilet. Large roof terrace of about 50 m2 with plenty of sun, on the roof terrace there are lounge sets, sunbeds, barbecue and parasol, from the roof terrace there is a fantastic view over mountains, golf, coast and the Mediterranean. Private parking right next door. Internet / WIFI. Hot / cold air conditioning. There is a large communal swimming pool for the residence
