This beautiful 2-storey apartment is located in central Los Boliches, in Fuengirola. Los Boliches is a favorite neighborhood for Scandinavian tourists and permanent residents as there is a short distance to everything such as beach, bars, supermarkets, public transport and the holiday spot where weekly markets (Tuesday and Saturday) are held and that it is very local with many Spanish shops and locals. Los Boliches is about 20 minutes by car from Malaga Airport or approx. 40 minutes by train from the airport.
The penthouse is located on the 7th floor from where you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. There is a lift directly to the apartment.
The apartment contains large bright fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. Lovely living room with corner sofa and flat screen TV and dining table, from the living room there is also access to the terrace.
On the first floor you will find 2 good and spacious bedrooms as well as a nice bathroom and a small terrace.
The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. On the terraces you will find dining arrangement, barbecue, cozy hooks and awning to shade the sun when it gets too hot 🙂
The home is fully equipped with hot / cold air conditioning, and internet / WIFI is also available in the apartment.
There is a communal pool for the apartment complex.
Private parking is available for the residence.

Better than the pictures-we spent most of our day time hours enjoying the pool and gorgeous grounds. Friendly and attentive management went the extra mile and picked up basic groceries before we arrived. Local cats added charm. Recommend!
Fantatsic stay. The villa is beatiful and situated in a great location. Amazing outdoor facilities - I would 100% stay there again!
This is a very nice property with some positive amenities. The location for Fuengirola was great; close enough to the beach that you could walk if you wanted. The pool is very nice at the house, and the bedrooms each have their own air conditioning, so you can all be comfortable. Host is very communicative and has a property manager who actually stays above the house on the top floor. You don’t see her much - but she is there - never a bother. It would be helpful to understand this when you book the house. Only comment about the costs: the owner requires IN CASH payment for an additional cleaning fee (we had to have 210 euros) when you check in. You will also be paying for the electricity you use while there, which will come out of your VRBO deposit. The house could use some more “staples” like salt and pepper and toilet paper and maybe cooking oil for the people staying there as no one wants to buy those for just a stay of a week or so. What do you do with them when you leave? In our opinion, these should be part of the supplies the host has there for you. Other than that, this was a great house for the experience we were looking for. Thanks!
This Villa is stunning and was the perfect way to end our European vacation. We can not wait to go back! The house staff are very helpful and the homemade paella is delicious. The house is beautiful inside and out and the pool is perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and she was extremely helpful with everything leading up to our stay and provided very accurate instructions on how to get there. I highly recommend this property!
This villa is a wonderful place to spend your Holidays. The whole outsidearea is fantastic with the big pool and the numerous lounges around the house. The property management was very helpful and satisfied all our wishes.
