House with 4 bedrooms, located in the beautiful valley of Sóller on the road from Palma to Soller, just 15 minutes from the center of Soller, ideal to comfortably sleep 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms with single beds and a double bed, three bathrooms with shower, a private bathroom. Air conditioning / heating. Sound insulation in the bedroom windows and the entrance door.
The house is usually Majorcan, with stairs to access the rooms, high ceilings and other attic, which transports them back to the time when the native peasants tending their lands and their treasures, so we tried to keep the gasoline offering authentic modern comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and all utensils, kitchen and table needed for a kitchen without complications (do not forget they are on vacation)
TV and small games are available to our guests and a small library with books that leave the guests who can also enjoy if they wish. For hiking enthusiasts will find a guide for some of the excursions that can be made from our wonderful environment Sóller and discover the routes of the Serra de Tramontana (UNESCO World Heritage).
In the garden part is the barbecue, a very nice place to eat and enjoy the views of the mountains instead, found in a small refrigerator, and all you need to install a good table to taste (the torrada). In this area, there is a bathroom with shower, so we can say that the house has 4 bathrooms (three indoor and one outdoor), we will also find the washing machine and iron.
Do not forget the fabulous pool and terrace among the lemon trees, especially appreciated among our dear guests is the garden with fruit trees and vines, whose fruits !!!!!!! in wine, you can taste at the checkin !!!!!! welcome.
El Olivar, with its century-old olive trees, gives us the palate with the fruit of the indigenous breeds of Sóller that can hardly be made in other areas of Mallorcan oil, so that Sóller oil is highly prized by connoisseurs and the true gourmets, but ... they can also taste our customers on arrival, your opinion is very appreciated.
They can have free parking is right in front of the house just across the road. (For three cars)
