Sunrise 1802 is an 18th floor, 2 bedroom, plus bunk room, 2 bathroom condo over-looking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. The bunk room contains large over-sized beds which are perfect for children, or small adults and the couch is a sofa sleeper.
Spend your vacation in this luxurious, extra comfortable condominium on the 18th floor, directly overlooking the World’s Most Beautiful Beach. Don’t forget to pack your binoculars. The higher floors provide you a birds-eye view of the gulf, and you will see marine life that cannot be seen from the lower floors. From this floor you will be able to see the schools of skates swimming close to the beach, and the schools of fish. One year, I saw a manatee swimming just inside of the sand bar.
The LIVING ROOM is a gathering place for everyone and features a comfortable couch, a love seat and conversation chair. The colors are warm, and the decor elegant. It’s a great place to kick back and watch the smart 55” flat screen TV with more channels than you need. You can also log into your Nexflix account, or watch Youtube videos. There is a Blu-ray player available to watch a family movie we left in the condo for you to enjoy, or to watch your favorite movie you brought with you from home. The over-sized balcony is accessible through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
Walk out onto the spacious BALCONY and enjoy a spectacular view of the beach. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Sit, relax and listen to the waves on the over-sized balcony, read your favorite book, or have breakfast while you make plans for the day. You can also watch the dolphins on their morning and afternoon commutes. Want to know their favorite ‘fish food’? The MASTER BEDROOM features a really comfortable king size bed and private bath. Like the living room, it is warm and elegant. Unwind and unpack your clothes into the large dresser, and hang up your clothes in the 2 large closets. There is a flat screen TV and a smart Blu ray player available in the master bedroom. You can escape, close the door, relax and enjoy your own movie. You can surf the net, planning tomorrow’s excursion (maybe a trip to Shell Island?), using the wireless. You’ll wake up in the morning to great views of the beach where, once again, you can walk out onto the balcony. The private master bath has 2 sinks and an oversized tub, and large walk-in shower.
The SECOND BEDROOM is equally well appointed with a comfortable Queen sized bed and plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway – catch up on your favorite book, or surf the internet. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV & smart Blu ray player, and a large closet to hang up your clothes.
The BUNK ROOM is a kid friendly suite with over-sized twin bunk beds perfect for children or large enough for small adults. In this room, you will find another smart TV & DVD/VHS player. The kids will love their own personal place to escape and hangout.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. Whether it’s for coffee and toasted bagels, grilled cheese sandwiches, warming up leftovers from Sharkey’s Beach Club, or your own version of Paula Deen’s Shrimp and Grits – you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. Bar seating makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of the day at the beach. Did someone go parasailing? Did the family take advantage of jet ski rentals?
The LAUNDRY has a full size washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

House Rules
We require a $300 refundable damage deposit to hold the condo. The full deposit is refunded if the condo is left in good condition with no damages. Please, no pets and no smoking. Our property is in a family resort and no renters under the age of 25 are allowed (age verification may be required). Management reserves the right to ask guests violating resort rules to leave the property, which may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or rental fees. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Due to the heavy volume of inquiries, we are only able to respond to inquiries received via phone or email. Unfortunately will be unable to respond to inquiries sent via text message. If cancellation is more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, $100.00 of your deposit will be retained. If cancellation is 30 days or less, your entire deposit will be retained. If cancellation is 8 to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 25% of rental fee will be retained. If cancellation is 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of rental fee will be retained. If VisitPCB is able to find a replacement booking, VisitPCB will refund all of your payments.Taxes
