The villa is located 2 km from the port of La Duquesa and 14 km from Sotogrande and gives access to many restaurants, bars and chiringuitos (beach bars).
On the coast of Manilva you can enjoy water sports, golf, hiking, horse riding and cycling. The villa is near the golf course of Duquesa (2km) and golf Finca Cortesin (3 km) and that of Valderrama (12 km) classified best golf in continental Europe since 1988. Within a radius of 30 km, you will have access to 16 golf courses.
