It has enclosed, 1 children's pool and 3 swimming pools for adults, as well as a large lawn. The apartment is next to the N-340 road, you just have to cross it to get to the beach, where there are numerous restaurants, beach bars, hammock areas and beach clubs.
The house is in the Los Maites 1 complex, in an urbanized area, surrounded by restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and all kinds of shops. The bus and taxi stops are next to the building. The house is located very close to the Tívoli World leisure center and the beautiful Parque de la Paloma, which can be reached on foot.
At night, on a walk it is possible to reach the recreational area of Puerto Marina, full of terraces and leisure bars, where it is possible to walk, have a quiet dinner and have a drink.
