The villa offers 1 master bedroom 16m2 with kingsize bed (1.80m) with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, 2 bedrooms 11m2 each with 2 single beds in each room (0.90m, possibility to join them and have a bed of 1.80m, wardrobe), common bathroom and another bedroom 13m2 with double bed (1.60m) with en-suite bathroom and wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters to enjoy comfortable sleep as long as you wish. All the bedrooms and the whole living area (kitchen, dinning and livng room) are equipped with airconditiong.
On the ground level there is a playroom area with an additional TV set (50 inch) and football table. You can watch the TV channels over the satellite as well as the internet. There is also an Android TV box. The wifi speed is up to 60Mbps (fibre optic). You can play your songs in the speaker tower via bluetooth.
Sunny living area of 65 square meters offers comfortable dining and relaxing facilities with direct access to the terrace and infinity pool.
