House Rules

NO HOUSEHOLDS INCLUDED: The exit house is to be done by you. If the exit household is not carried out, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Housekeeping with supplement possible. This is a rental without hotel services, the beds must be made by you and the sheets removed at the end of your stay, and returned to the bag, and towels. NO CLEANING INCLUDED: you are responsible for cleaning the apartment prior to your departure. If failure to do so, it will be done and the expense deducted from your security deposit. This is a self catering, the beds are not made for you, and the sheets need to be removed in the bag prior to your departure, along with the towels. Do not lay laundry or towels on the balcony railing. / Do not hang laundry or towels over the balcony. Dress required in the residence: jerseys or shirtless forbidden. / Forbidden to circulate bare chested or bathing suits in the residence.
