“Independent apartment in villa ideally located halfway between the harbor and the beach of Portissol in the residential area. Quiet street with no way out, on the cliffs overlooking the bay of Sanary. All amenities are nearby. Warm and personal welcome by the English speaking owner, whose grandparents had settled in Sanary in 1924.Whether you like to move permanently or enjoy the lounge chair, you should fill this rental. Moreover this region is also beautiful to see according to your moods and tastes: opportunity to take a boat from the harbor to go to the islands around (Embiez, Porquerolles, Bendor) or to the "calanques of Cassis"; small medieval villages perched high on cliffs, beaches nestled deep in coves or creeks; guided hiking in the "gorges" nearby or on the coastal path; Bandol wine route and many more...

By air: 40 mins from the airport Toulon / Hyères or 1H from the airport of Marseille / Marignane.
By train: Toulon train station about 20 minutes from home by car or train station "Sanary / Ollioules" about 5 mins by car.
A bus service to all the coastal towns and a bus shuttle to railway stations are just 10 mins away from the villa.”
About the parking of a car: we cannot guarantee that the tenants could leave their car permanently inside the property as we already have our own car parked inside and a second car could interfere to move it. Even so, the renters can park their car occasionally, especially to load or unload it. There is usually no problem to park a car on the streets around.
- 1 furnished warm-decorated living & dining-room with: 1 large extendable table, 1 bench, 4 chairs, 1 table with 1 UHD flat screen TV (27 TNT channels included), 1 sofa bed 2 places ( 140 cm), 1 chair, 1 stool, 1 coffee table, 1 halogen, 1 fan;
- 1 bedroom with: a 180 cm wide bed (with bedspreads & 2 cushions), 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps and a radio alarm clock, 1 wardrobe (coat rack included), a wall-mounted coat rack, 1 shoe rack , 1 mirror, 1 fan (tissue box at your disposal);
- 1 alcove in the corridor with 2 bunk beds (2 bedspreads & 4 cushions, duvets in the drawers under the beds); a cabinet (library - storage) containing: glassware, books (French, English, Danish), books for children, tourist guides & board games;
- 1 kitchen area with 1 electric cooker (4 hotplates & 1 oven), 1 microwave oven, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, 1 jug-filter, 1 fridge with freezer compartment; crockery, glasses, utensils & cookware (sponges, paper towels, trash bags and dish washing detergent provided for free upon arrival);
- 1 shower room with 1 shower, sink, 1 WC (supplied WC product), 1 mirror cabinet, 1 hairdryer, bathroom accessories, 1 bath mat, 1 towel rack, 1 clothes bin, (toilet paper at your disposal on your arrival)

- At your disposal: selective sorting bins located on the left side of the house, behind the gate (daily waste / plastic / cardboard). The glass must be carried in one of the containers located at several points in the downtown.
