Villa ideally located in secured estate area "Saut du Loup", with splendid panoramic sea view and view on the golf of Saint-Tropez in all places. 0.8 km from the sea, near the beaches of La Nartelle and 5 minutes from downtown Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres and golf courses Sainte-Maxime (18 holes).
The Villa is in a private domain (only accessible with code). Parking, large terrace, heated pool, TV - WIFI, BBQ, bowling and table tennis (ping-pong), air conditioning in the 5 bedrooms.

For the high season: the prices are fixed and not according to the number of people: thank you to consult the owner for the price.
Outside high season, prices are for 2 people + supplement per person. The number of rooms available are based on the number of people (to discuss with the owner). But the Villa and its garden with swimming pool are available only for you (1 tenant).

Villa Azur: bright and spacious villa of 250 m2 on a plot of 2000 m2, with its large pool of 11x5, 5 large air-conditioned rooms including 2 bedrooms equipped with a kitchen (apartments) and its beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and lots of space.
The view (sea) is splendid in all places.
Stay of 70 m2! with sea view, pool and garden.
Dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, American fridge, Nespresso machine, Nespresso machine, pyrolysis oven and fridge freezer.
The neighborhood

Very popular location: several beaches are all ready (10 min walk) including the famous beach of Nartelle and you will have the advantage of not using the car to reach the center of Sainte-Maxime by the simplibus (2.5 euro the day).
In 5 minutes you can reach the center and its lively, typical and pedestrian area: traditional restaurants, bars and sidewalk cafes, food shops, grocery stores, ice-cream parlors, bakeries, old covered or street market, carousel for children, and the estate of the Sainte-Maxime Golf.
