Located on a hillside, facing the Domaine du Golf Sainte-Maxime, this beautiful villa on one level air-conditioned has 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in an enclosed closed residential area with very quiet private access just minutes from the beach of Nartelle and downtown Sainte Maxime. In addition, to get to the city center it is done in a few minutes by car without risk of traffic jams or for walkers also on the D-Day driveway.
The closed has a parking guests and the villa has its own closed private car park that can accommodate several vehicles.
This single storey villa offers a large well-equipped living room opening onto the covered terrace and pool. On the terrace, there is a plancha available and the pool has an electric curtain (possibility to request pool heating for the price of 200 euros per week (7 days).
The well-equipped American kitchen sits near the dining area and the living room which also leads directly onto the terrace.
We also find the master suite (equipped with a TV) enjoying a private bathroom equipped with a shower, a bath, a sink and a toilet and which also gives access to the terrace. Then there is a second and third bedroom with storage and a second bathroom with a shower, a double sink and a toilet.
There is direct access to the garage where there is washing machine and tumble dryer and in the driveway there is a 3rd WC.
Outside, the large covered terrace houses a beautiful table with chairs for meals and a barbecue electric plancha. The pool takes place in front of the villa and enjoys a good sunshine throughout the day.

Moreover, Sainte Maxime during the summer months of July and August offers access by green boats to Saint Tropez in a few minutes day and night.
