House Rules
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
1. Check-In. Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day Vacationer’s scheduled reservation begins. No early check-ins without prior consent of Owners.
2. Check-Out. Check-out time is 10:00am on the day Vacationer’s scheduled reservation ends. Any delay in check-out, without prior consent of Owners shall result in Vacationers being charged additional monies.
PARKING
Once entering the Bungalows, park close to unit 144. This is the closest access to unit 146. Take the walkway next to unit 144, and the end of the short walkway, take a left, and the bungalow is visible to your right.
BEACH ACCESS
There are several beach accesses along 30A. The beach closest to us is a five minute walk from the bungalow. Start walking on Somerset Bridge Road toward 30A. At the end of the street, a wooden bridge is immediately visible across the street. The bridge will lead to the white sandy beaches.
TV: The Living room TV is managed by two remotes. The Roku TV remote controls the TV input settings, volume, and power. To manage the Mediacom channels,
• Ensure the Mediacom is powered on by using Mediacom network remote
• On the Roku remote, go to home, and set the input to “Computer”.
There are will be a $50 fine for each lost remote.
FURNISHINGS. We provide a starter kit of laundry, dish detergents, and soap. All units are equipped for light housekeeping, towels, and linens. The kitchen is equipped with: a coffeemaker, blender, utensils, steak knives, pots, pans, wok, toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, etc. Guests will be liable for any damage and/or missing items. Please ensure to bring your own body wash and shampoo as we do not provide those items.
USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY
Use of Premises. Vacationers will comply with all local laws, ordinances and community rules regarding the use of the premises. We request that Vacationers comply with all owners’ set rules as follows:
Quiet Enjoyment. Vacationers shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the rental unit. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay with all monies paid forfeited.
Smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Any smoking detected in the unit will result in deposits forfeited. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Pets. Pets are NOT allowed in the unit
Occupancy. At no time, shall the occupancy of the vacation rental exceed 8 persons.
DEPARTURE. Upon departure, please ensure the following:
• Take out trash. Trash bins are located enclosed behind a white fence in back portion of the parking lot surrounded by a white enclosure
• Run the dishwasher
• Check for all personal items
Rates :
Note Rates are 10 ~ 25% higher for the following Holidays:
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

This place is newly renovated and very nice and clean. Has all the amenities you could ask for: fully stocked kitchen, bikes, beach wagons, umbrellas, etc. The pool is one of the best ones around and very large with hot tub open year round. I really got excited when the owner informed me that this one is right across from her other unit at the Bungalows, so we could plan much larger vacations with extended family! There is plenty of sleeping arrangements and the kids room with bunk beds, trundle and another queen bed was a huge hit and hangout area. Somehow they were able to fit a 50" TV in there as well, which I thought was a little big but it worked out perfectly for the kids room and good way to keep the kids separated while the adults could have some much need alone time LOL. Thank you for a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again. Hopefully we can get both units at the same time next time. The Bungalows on 30a is definitely appropriately named Bridge to PARADISE!
Perfect location- tons of amenities! Great pool, lots of parking and close to shopping and restaurants. Short easy walk to the beach. Owner provided bikes and all the items you would need for the beach! Will definitely go back!
