Villa Pomogna Is A Newly Built Villa With Two Levels And A Lovely Patio.
Villa Pomogna is a newly built villa with two levels and a lovely patio. The patio is with two levels where in the upper level is the eco pool (chlorine free) while in the other a patio with a sitting table covered/shaded by a unique huge oak tree.
The villa is built rebuilt keeping all traditional Cretan architecture. The materials are just wood and stones. The housetop of the villa is by woodas well as the top level floors. On the first floor there is an entrance if you park the car from the back side of the villa. As you enter the main entrance left and right of the corridor you have two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed while the other has two single beds but can easily converted into a double one. There is also a bathroom with bath and a lovely balcony with nice views to other Apokoronas Cretan villages.
The lower floor consists of a huge fully equipped kitchen a spacious living room with a 46' LCD TV a small balcony, the main living room with the fireplace and a WC. From the lower floor you also have two doors leading to the villa's private patio.
The patio is separated into two levels, the top level you have a 16 sq. meters private pool with eco cleaning system (chlorine free). The lower level of the patio has a huge OAK tree which make enough shade to enjoy your coffee, lunch and dinner all day long. There is plenty of space on the lower level of the patio for the kids to play or for the adults to enjoy. There is nice portable BBQ facility for those who love to cook outside.
The villa is a part of Pemonia housing estate. Pemonia is a small traditional Cretan village within Chania prefecture in the region of Apokoronas. It's a pure village away from busy areas and untouched from massive tourism. You can enjoy your holidays and at the same time feel like a real Cretan. The only sounds that will come in your ears will be birds, some goats or ships and voices of the passing villagers, saying Kalimera (good morning) or Kalinixta (good night).
Cleaning is offered every 7 days of stay.
