Located in an exceptional setting, the Domaine de Bonneuil is an old farm solognote restored to the authentic and arranged to accommodate up to 15 people with all the modern comforts.
The house, very bright and spacious, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each room has 2 beds 90x200 which can be perfectly paired to transform into double bed 180x200.
The living room with a large open fireplace, an American billiard table, soft chairs and sofas and a sound system, will allow older adults to spend nice and cozy evenings while the youngest can watch a movie or play at the table football in the TV lounge.
The kitchen, opened on the dining room and twinned with the back kitchen, was thought to make this space a convivial place perfectly equipped. In addition to a large selection of utensils and small appliances, you will find 2 ovens and 1 microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer.
In the laundry room you will find 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
We have chosen to adapt the entire ground floor and the surroundings of the house to accommodate people with reduced mobility. A room has been specially equipped with its own bathroom and toilet.
All rooms in the house are equipped with an internet plug in case you do not want wifi.
The green areas to the west of the building are landscaped gardens and areas of pleasure and relaxation including in particular: 1 large heated and secure swimming pool, 1 pergola / solarium, 1 barbecue area, 1 petanque and 1 ping-pong table -pong.
By its orientation allowing it to benefit from a sun all day, by its dimensions and by its specific facilities, the swimming pool was conceived especially to be a space of games and user-friendliness. It is secured by an above-ground electrical shutter and a fence wall. The water is not chlorinated.
