Are ten stars possible? Because Sea Oats deserves them all. The stars on this review cannot match the stars in my heart after this magical getaway. Upon arrival, Christine gave us an amazing first impression of how loved this home was. She was kind, energetic, positive.. the host you have always hoped for! This home has character in its simplicity and warm details. There is a light to it that captivates you. It was clean, spacious, and open to the nature that surrounded us. Speaking of nature, the landscaping is one you will never forget. The trees are so green and the wildlife is so happy. This home was also equipt with any needs we had, or may have had. The beach is also right across the street! To stop myself from running out of space on this review; my closest friends got married here. It was magical, authentic, and left a mark on my heart. Whether it be a family gathering, wedding, or simply an adventure, you want to explore this experience. I truly look forward to returning one day with my family.
Everything about this Estate was magical. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the property is kept in immaculate condition. I had my wedding in the front of the property and my reception in the back and it was pure perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better crew or weekend. Anyone looking to rent this house look no further, nothing else will compare. I cannot say enough about everything. Thank you again for renting this beautiful piece of heaven.

Not only was the Sea Oats just a beautiful house and at the beautiful location but Christine was so accommodating. I cannot say enough great things. We had our wedding ceremony and reception there and it was originally planned for sept 16,2017 and hurricane Irma had other plans and Christine and Michelle (the estate owner) were more than accommodating to us to make our wedding still happen as planned. The day wedding was just more than we had ever hoped for and our guests had the time of our lives. We can’t wait to go back and relive our special day sometime in the future! Thank you so much!
