Whispering Palms at North Beach Village is a bright and sunny, tastefully decorated beach style townhouse located in a quiet col de sac on Gulf Drive. It is a quick 700 Ft - 2 minute walk to the famous white sugary sand beaches of the Gulf.
Enjoy the large sunny open deck with a peak of the Gulf off the main living area for your morning coffee. After a long day sunning at the gorgeous teal waters of the beach rinse off in the private outdoor shower and relax for awhile on the oversized private lanai surrounded by palms off the dining area and have a cocktail or watch some TV!
Quiet col de sac on Gulf Drive makes it safe for kids. Beach is steps away. Oversized heated pool surrounded by a lush tropical setting for North Beach Village residents and guests. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Safe for kids, bike riding and walking. Easily walk about 5 blocks to Holmes Beach Park facilities (tennis courts, basketball court, boat launch, and open play space). You have access to the entire home.
Private parking for 2 cars is available.
FREE Trolley service on Anna Maria Island. One of the trolley stops is located across the street to the entrance of North Beach Village on Gulf Drive. It is super convenient to travel the island from one end to the other from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Go touring, pick up your groceries or go out to dinner and have a drink.
The Monkey Bus is another free island transportation services on Anna Maria Island, Florida, and to surrounding areas (Cortez, Sarasota, Longboat Key, Bradenton.)

House Rules
AVAILABILITY: During certain times of the year, and/or based on the current reservation schedule of Whispering Palms NBV, we normally schedule our rental to begin AND end on a Saturday (Peak Season). However, there are times throughout the year that WE WILL accept off-date bookings depending on a few factors. If your reservation dates are not flexible and do not meet our Saturday to Saturday requirement PLEASE SEND US AN INQUIRY vs. making an actual reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We reserve the right to not accept a reservation that does not meet our requirements, but will make every effort to do so. If your dates straddle a holiday week, the cost of your reservation may be adjusted to reflect the full Holiday Rate. RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT: A 50% down payment is required at booking and final 50% is due 60 days prior to check in. If reservation is made within 60 days of check in 100% payment is due. We use a secured website for all bookings through HomeEscape. SMOKING: OUR UNIT IS NON-SMOKING. Please smoke outdoors and responsibly discard all smoking debris. Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in an immediate and non-refundable $500.00 cleaning fee charged against your card. OCCUPANCY: 6 person maximum capacity. Overcrowding of units may result in the immediate eviction and loss of deposit and rent. Large gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval of the owner. NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 10 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 10 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits. SWIMMING POOL: Pool is regularly cleaned, treated and maintained. Hours are sun up to sun down daily. Following inclement weather or high winds, pool service cannot be expected “on demand” for removal of fallen leaves or minor debris. Pool skimmers are available for your use if you need them. Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 82 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather. INTERNET SERVICE: We offer free WiFi for your convenience. Due to the numerous different providers and age and configuration of your personal computer, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot be held responsible and no refunds will be offered if you are unable to take advantage of this service. UNIT SUPPLIES: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and dish soap when you arrive but you will need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) as needed. There is a Publix grocery store and a Dollar store on the Island to purchase anything needed. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your use.Taxes
