The complex is conveniently located in Islamorada and you'll love the amenities this upscale condo complex offers: 2 lighted tennis courts; club house; gym facility; heated swimming pool; and hot tub. There's a sandy beach with lounge chairs; large Tiki with ice maker and tables and chairs; and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Inside you are sure to enjoy the updated décor and the spacious living areas. This condo has over 1,800 square feet of inside living area plus a screened balcony for additional space. Rate Details: $9,000/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $350 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with damage insurance or $1,500 without. Condo Application and Fee: $100. Optional Insurances Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside in the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.
