The condo complex offers a wide range of activities - swim or snorkel directly from the property, a heated pool for swimming any time of year, and a community hot tub at the water's edge. Bring your kayak and put it in the water using the little boat ramp. There are racks that can be rented during you stay for a nominal fee to store any of your non-motorized water toys - kayak, sunfish, paddleboard, etc. If you want to limit your sun exposure while relaxing near the pool or ocean in one of the lounge chairs you can do so under the pergola or thatch roofed Tiki. Separate men's and women's exercise rooms offer different types equipment and privacy. Both facilities are equipped with showers and a sauna.

Rate Details: Rent is $2400 to $4100 per month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $100 Condo application fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $125 for electricity. Optional Insurances: Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more.
