"Little Bay's Cottage" is one of three rental units on this property. The cottage is a ground level dwelling separate from two duplex units. It offers a unique floor plan with the main living area in the center of the house with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a full bath. To the right is a large bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer is also located in this room. To the left of the living area is an enclosed sun room and at night serves as the 2nd bedroom. The sofa opens to a queen size sleeper and there is a twin size Murphy bed. The kitchen has been remodeled and is spacious and up to date in every way. The baths are up to date as are the furnishings. The cottage offers a little more privacy than the duplex units minus the water views.

Rate Details: Rent is $3000/week or $11,000/month. Additional Charges: $225 departure cleaning fee ($325 departure cleaning fee for monthly stays); $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. For stays longer than two weeks there is an additional $200 cleaning fee for mid stay cleaning. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1000 without. Optional Insurances: Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more.
