If you bring your own boat, dockage is included with your rental on a first come first serve basis. Rate Details: Rent: $3,600 (Sept - Nov); $4,100 (May - August) to $4,600 (Dec - April). If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 Utility Caps/Mo:$150 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Optional Insurances: Accidental Damage Insurance :$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance :This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more.
