The ground level living area of this home is perfect for one or two people who treasure the tropical atmosphere offered here in The Florida Keys. There’s an efficient little kitchen stocked with everything you need for meal preparation and dining (pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, etc.); a snack bar; and a formal dining area overlooking the water. Large sliding doors open to a patio area with a BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The living area offers comfortable furnishings to watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. This enclave of tropical bliss offers ocean views and lush landscaping. It was completely remodeled in 2011 and is a short walk to boat rentals, Holiday Isle, Pelican Cover Resort and Theater of the Sea. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. <b>Additional Charges:</b> $150 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. <b>Refundable Security Deposit:</b> $500. <b>Pet Fees:</b> Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets.
