Rate Details: Monthly Rent: $11,000 (Dec thru August) and $9,750 (Sept thru Nov). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $360 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes. (b) Ice Machine: $100/mo. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2500 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $325 water and $450 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet. All reservations made on this website are tentative and subject to confirmation by the management company.
